Further Questions & Prescriptions for Eye Medications
If you have unanswered question about your condition, or need a repeat prescription for eye medications, please call us and schedule a telehealth appointment.

Ophthalmologists look after a very large number of patients at any one time, as such we receive a significant volume of questions each week.  We hope that the above information helps you navigate your queries and get the right answers.

Preparing for your appointment

Referrals are required for an appointment with a specialist. This informs our team of the current state of your eye health and enables your medicare rebate to be processed. A referral obtained from a GP or optometrist lasts 12 months and a referral from a specialist doctor lasts 3 months. Once we have your referral, we will contact you to arrange an appointment that is time appropriate for your care and convenient to you.

What to bring?

Referral from GP, Medical Specialist or Optometrist.

Medicare Card/Health Fund Card

Previous prescriptions and current spectacles.

List of current medications.
